1) 3 deluxe double rooms with attached bathrooms (Tranquil). Each has a sit out with good view & privacy. Tariff: Rs. 950/- for 2 per night.

2) 3 STD double rooms with common bathroom–
Tariff: Rs. 750/- for 2 per night.

3) 3 STD double rooms with attached bathrooms
Tariff: Rs. 750/- for 2 per night.

4) 1 room with 4 beds with attached bathrooms.
Tariff: Rs 1000/- per night

5) 10 bedded dormitory – Rs 1500 per night
6 bedded dormitory - Rs 800/- per night.
5 bedded dormitory - Rs 700/- per night.
Extra beds Rs 100/- per night

6) Jeep pick up & drop from the base of the hill to the estate – Rs 160/-
For a group – Rs 150/-
We also have a hut nearby which costs Rs 200.
Dormitory is given only when the whole building is occupied by a group.

Our location is on the evergreen rainforest on the Western Ghats. People come here for nature, treks,to relax, corporate programmes, adventure, bird watching etc.

There are varieties of insects as pesticides are never sprayed in this whole area. This is a good area for bird watching. These are shoals, moist evergreen forests. Hence there is a variety of food for different kinds of birds.
