We run a Home Stay called *MACHENDRA*. It is situated in Madikeri. The house is in three levels and we charge 3 different tariffs accordingly. For the period of your stay I would be renting out Level 1 to you.

*LEVEL 1 – This part of the house has 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a coffee room. Also available to the guests are a kitchen, sitting room with firewood chimney, family room with television and firewood chimney and lastly a veranda.

*Tariff : Rs. 2500/- per room per night, bed & breakfast

Single occupancy : Rs. 1500/- per room per night, incl breakfast

Below I am also stating a few facilities that we can offer on payment and a few that are complimentary.

*LEVEL 2 – This is a long hall that has been divided into a dining cum sitting room. This hall leads into two bedrooms with a common toilet. Here 4 adults can be accommodated. In your case the rooms will be let out to your family alone.

*Tariff : Rs. 1500/- per room, per night, bed & breakfast
Single occupancy : Rs. 800/-, incl. breakfast

Below I am also stating a few facilities that we can offer on payment and a few that are complimentary.

*STUDIO – The studio comes with a small sitting room that opens into a hall. The hall contains a kitchenette, dining table for four and two single beds. The studio has a master bedroom with a double bed and one toilet. A maximum of five adults can be accommodated in the studio.

*Tariff : Rs. 2000/- per room per night for a couple, bed and breakfast
Single occupancy : Rs. 1000/-

Below I am also stating a few facilities that we can offer on payment and a few that are complimentary.

Offers 6 double bedrooms with 5 attached bathrooms with geysers, Dining Room, Sitting Room with a Firewood Chimney, Family Room with Television and Firewood Chimney and a Verandah. We have 3 standard room which is priced at Rs. 2500/- per room per night, 1 studio at Rs. 2000/- per night for a couple (a maximum of 5 adults can be housed in the studio. In case of a group of 5 tariff is Rs. 700/- per night per person) and 2 budget or lower end rooms that can accomodate 4 adults at Rs. 1500/- per room per night totallin to Rs. 3000/- for both rooms. All room tariffs include breakfast.

Located in Madikeri, Coorg. You can surround yourself with the luxury of rosewood and teakwood roof and floors. Look out of the verandah and soak yourself in the magic and repose of the captivating Western Ghats.

The native jungles nearby offer solitude, yet you are within walking distance from the town center.

1) 6 double bedrooms available at Rs. 3000/- per bedroom per night with Breakfast with 5 attached bathrooms. 3 standard rooms at Rs. 2500/-, 2 budget rooms at Rs. 1500/- each and Studio at Rs. 2000/-. All room tariffs are per night basis and inclusive of breakfast.
2) Single occupancy – Rs. 2000/- per bedroom per night Single occupancy at Rs.1500/- for the Standard rooms, Rs. 800/- each for the budget rooms and Rs. 1000/- for the Studio. All tariffs are per night and inclusive of breakfast.
3) Extra beds at a cost of Rs. 500/- per bed per night
4) Children below 6 years free of charge
