A tastefully done up modern cottage with a kitchenette near a narrow picturesque valley with paddy fields and the nearby hillsides are ideal for walks or daylong trek. There is a small swimming pool where you can swim on sunny days. It is alienated from the old house where your hosts would stay.

New cottage has 2 double rooms built in a traditional way with fire place in the rooms, has a sit out and overlooking the river.

Tariff
Rate- Rs. 2250/- per night for 2 with BF.

Tent
(only for an extended family i.e. the party should have taken atleast 2 of the other rooms) Regular Rate - Rs 1200/-
Peak Rate 1500 /- (Between 20th Dec & 5th Jan)

Meals: - L / D non – veg – Rs. 150/- and veg Rs. 125/- per person per meal.
Children below 12yrs – free.
Extra mattress - Rs. 150/- with breakfast.
Children below 5 yrs Bf is free, and above 5 yrs BF will be Rs. 35/-
Extra adult & children above 12 years will be charged Rs. 250/- for a mattress and B'fast.
Extra meals for child 6 to 12 yrs - Food at adult rate and Rs. 30/- for Breakfast.
Boating - Rs. 100/- for 2 for ½ hr.
Bon - fire - Rs. 350/-
Drivers, other staffs and maid - Rs. 150/- with mattress and all meals.

Activities included
1) Trek around the estate or to the water falls.
2) 1 Jeep ride around estate / boat ride.
